Abbott closed to within one of Aberg with a birdie on the thirteenth and it stayed that way at the next hole when both players made bogey.
Aberg then went on the rampage with birdies at the next three holes to take a comfortable 4 shot lead to the last tee.
Abbott did birdie the last but a solid par from Aberg secured the win by 3 shots and a delighted Aberg said, “that after my birdie blitz on the first day I had to grind really hard to keep it together on the second day”.

We now head off to the second swing, with 2 tournaments at Pinheiros Altos and the final event of 2016 at San Lourenzo before we head home for Christmas.
